North Leamington Cluster

Milverton Primary School is part of the North Leamington Cluster of Schools. The cluster consists of 9 primary schools and 2 secondary schools.
In working together as part of a professional learning community the schools are trying to achieve the following aims:

• To identify and share expertise, strengths and resources across cluster schools to improve provision and develop learning
  opportunities for learners.
• To promote collaboration and develop new relationships of staff and learners across the schools through innovative projects.
• To provide effective professional development opportunities for all staff to support personal, school and cluster development.
• To ensure effective communication of local information to parents and provide opportunities for family and adult learning and parenting support.
• To develop cluster approaches to school business management and out-sourcing of supplies and services.

The schools work together to ensure that as a cluster we are providing a range of services and activities, often beyond the school day, to help meet the needs of children, their families and the wider community.

As a school/cluster we are offering:

• A varied menu of activities including study support and activities such as homework clubs, sport, music tuition, dance and dram, arts and crafts, special interest clubs
• High quality childcare available 8am - 6pm all year round
• Parenting support including family learning sessions
• Swift and easy referral to a wide range of specialist support services
• Wider community access to ICT, sports and arts facilities , including adult learning.
